I would love to support you on this journey towards bringing your child into the world. As your birth doula, my role is to provide you with continuous uninterrupted support throughout your labor. Our relationship begins during your pregnancy and I will help you approach your birth with confidence.
I have an understanding of the emotions and physiology of labor as well as the ability to remain calm and objective. I look forward to supporting you work towards your ideal birth experience. I can also provide guidance in making informed decisions if challenges arise. I strive to provide a sense of relaxation during labor using techniques such as soothing touch, positioning, massage, and other comfort measures. I am independent and self-employed. As your doula, I am working for you, not your caregiver or hospital.
Every family's needs are different and there are four doula packages for you to choose from.
The fee for birth doula services ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 and is arranged as follows:
-50% retainer fee once I am selected as your doula. To provide quality care, I only commit to three families per month and this retainer allows me to secure my 24/7 on-call availability before your due date.
-Remaining balance due by the 37th week of your pregnancy.

birth guide- $1,000
This package is for families that are comfortable without having in-person support during labor. You will get the same level of preparation through our prenatal meetings, but support during your birth will be done virtually.

-Unlimited communication during pregnancy via text, phone, or email to answer questions
-Professional referrals and resources provided as needed
-Continuous virtual labor support via videoconferencing and telephone
