"During postpartum support Dara was extremely helpful, kind, caring and funny exactly when we needed her to be. We will be forever grateful for all she has done for our family and will most certainly stay connected to her and have her in our lives if we are blessed to have another child."
We all hear about the three trimesters of pregnancy, but have you heard about the fourth! The three months following the birth of your little one is an exciting time filled with a lot of adjustments and there are new lessons to be learned. Having the support of a postpartum doula can be helpful and I would love to fulfill this role for your family. I would be available to answer any questions you may have about newborn care and services also include:
Sleep deprivation can sometimes occur when caring for a newborn and overnight services are available as well. I will be in your home to care for baby as you get much needed rest and will only wake you as requested (e.g. if you are breastfeeding and your baby needs to be nursed).
My goal as your postpartum doula is to alleviate some of the stress that can come during this transitional time while leaving you and your loved ones feeling confident and knowledgeable about caring for your baby.
There are three available options for Postpartum Doula Services:
(1) Daytime support can be provided at an hourly rate of $40. Shifts are completed at a minimum of four hours per visit and payment is due each day.
(2) Many families benefit from an initial services package for $500 that can be scheduled in one of the following two ways:
OR
(3) Overnight postpartum support (8 hours) provided at a flat fee of $320 per night
